These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Montenegro Pass, a digital tourism pass platform operated by the legal entity listed at the foot of this page. By purchasing, activating, or using a pass, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Montenegro Pass sells time-limited digital passes that grant the holder pre-negotiated discounts and benefits at a network of partner venues across Montenegro. The pass is delivered electronically as a QR code accessible via your account.
2. Pass lifecycle
- Passes are sold in fixed-duration tiers (1-day, 5-day, 15-day, 30-day).
- Purchase does not start the validity window. The clock starts when the pass is activated from your account.
- Unactivated passes remain valid indefinitely and are fully refundable under the conditions in our Refunds policy.
- Once activated, the pass is valid for the purchased duration regardless of usage.
3. Use at partner venues
You must present your pass QR code to partner staff on arrival. Partners retain the right to verify your identity against the cardholder name displayed during scan. Benefits are subject to each partner's posted terms (e.g., minimum spend, exclusions at peak hours).
4. Acceptable use
You may not share, resell, or misrepresent your pass. Each pass is bound to a single authenticated account. Repeated attempts to use a pass in ways that suggest credential sharing may result in suspension without refund.
5. Liability
Montenegro Pass is a discount-distribution platform. We are not the provider of the goods or services sold by partners. Quality, availability, and delivery of partner offerings are the sole responsibility of each partner.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product and via email to active cardholders.
7. Governing law
To be finalised during legal review.
