Politika povraćaja i otkazivanja
Posljednje ažuriranje: 2026-04-20
Montenegro Pass is a digital product. This policy explains when and how you can cancel or request a refund. It reflects the Montenegro Consumer Protection Act and the EU Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EU) as applied by Montenegro.
1. Right of withdrawal: unactivated passes
You may withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase, provided the pass has not been activated. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact support at support@montenegropass.me from the email address on the order. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
2. Activated passes
Activating a digital pass begins immediate performance of the service. Once activated, the pass is not refundable. Activation requires an explicit confirmation step; you are never activated automatically at purchase.
3. Partial or no-use scenarios
Because the pass grants unlimited visits during its validity window, partial-use refunds are not issued. If a partner venue unreasonably denies a valid benefit, contact support. We will investigate and, at our discretion, issue a goodwill voucher or refund.
4. Gift passes
Gift passes follow the same rules as individual passes. The recipient's activation starts the clock, and the right of withdrawal before activation rests with the original purchaser.
5. Payment errors
Duplicate charges, fraudulent transactions, and processor errors are always refundable. Contact support with the order reference.
6. Exceptional circumstances
In major disruptions outside your control (for example border closure or natural disaster affecting travel), we handle refund or re-dating requests on a case-by-case basis.
7. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our handling, you may escalate to the Montenegro consumer protection authority. Jurisdiction and dispute forum will be finalised in the Terms of Service during legal review.
