Montenegro Pass is a digital product. There is no physical shipping at launch. Every pass is delivered electronically to your account and accessible on any device you sign in on.
1. How delivery works
- After successful payment, the pass is issued to the purchaser's account immediately.
- A purchase confirmation email is sent to the address on the order within a few minutes.
- For gift passes, the recipient receives an email with a link to claim the pass on a new or existing Montenegro Pass account.
2. Delivery timing
Delivery is instantaneous. If you do not see the pass in your account within thirty minutes of payment, contact support at support@montenegropass.me with your order reference.
3. Accessing your pass
Sign in at montenegropass.me and open the profile area to see the pass. The dynamic QR rotates every 15 minutes; a static fallback QR is embedded in the downloadable branded card image for offline use.
4. No physical distribution at launch
Printed cards, physical activation codes, and retail counter sales are not offered in the initial launch. Distributor partnerships at launch are digital-only via tracked QR links.
5. Gift passes
Gift passes are delivered electronically to the recipient's email. If the recipient does not yet have a Montenegro Pass account, the claim link creates one on first use.
